Job summary

KANODIA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT support professional in Sonipat, Haryana. The role covers desktop and server hardware, networks, Active Directory, email configurations, and remote support tools to assist users across multiple sites.

The candidate will handle CCTV systems, IP cameras, and various printers and scanners, ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting connectivity, and maintaining equipment. A IT field degree or diploma is required. On-site work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office 365 support.
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Router, switch, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Active Directory user management.
• Email configuration (Outlook, Exchange, IMAP/POP3).
• Printer and scanner troubleshooting.
• Hardware maintenance (Desktop, Laptop, Server).
• Remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
• Basic cybersecurity awareness.
• CCTV and IP camera support (for some organizations).
• CTV & Surveillance Systems.
• Installation and configuration of CCTV systems.
• Experience with DVR/NVR devices.
• IP Camera installation and troubleshooting.
• Remote viewing setup and port forwarding.
• Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, and similar surveillance systems.
• Camera maintenance, recording management, and fault diagnosis.
• Printer & Scanner Support.
• Installation and configuration of network and USB printers.
• Troubleshooting printer connectivity issues.
• LaserJet, Inkjet, Dot Matrix, and Multifunction printers.
• Printer sharing and print server configuration.
