Job summary

Thoughtsol Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a printer technician to troubleshoot and repair printer issues, install and maintain printers, and provide frontline technical support to customers. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and in a team in Delhi, India.

The candidate should be proficient with HP A3 printers, comfortable with on-site and remote support, and capable of handling firmware updates and routine maintenance to keep systems
