Required Technical Skill Set: Team Lead ,PCBA design, ECAD model creation, Client Coordinator, Siemens Xpedition

Must have:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in PCBA design and ECAD model creation.
• At least 6+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Engineering Manager role.
• Strong technical expertise with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing process-oriented design workflows and engineering best practices.
• Demonstrated experience working with global customers, understanding business and technical challenges, and delivering innovative, industry-standard solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Siemens Xpedition EDM tools for:
• PCB Design
• Library Management
• ECAD Data Management
• Experience in the Oil & Gas Upstream industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of current PCB design standards, quality processes, and engineering governance.
