Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc in Hyderabad is seeking a Technical Lead PCB Design and Development to drive advanced PCBA designs and ECAD workflows. You will mentor a team of PCB designers, coordinate with global clients, and ensure design governance while implementing best practices across projects.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years in PCBA/ECAD, 6+ years in leadership, and deep Siemens Xpedition expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in PCBA design and ECAD model creation.
• At least 6+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Engineering Manager role.
• Strong technical expertise with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, working effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

• Drive process improvements and workflow optimization across engineering projects.

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Minimum 12+ years of experience in PCBA design and ECAD model creation.

At least 6+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Engineering Manager role.

Strong technical expertise with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project execution.

Experience in the Oil & Gas Upstream industry is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of current PCB design standards, quality processes, and engineering governance.
