DWB Tech Solutions in Coimbatore invites applications for a PCB Design Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on PCB design experience. The role focuses on translating schematics into manufacturable PCBs using Concept HDL, Allegro and Altium, with attention to high‑speed designs and IPC standards.

You will design PCBs from schematic to Gerber, manage layer stacks, perform DFA/DFM/DFT, and collaborate with manufacturers to ensure quality and manufacturability. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Electronics with 2+ years PCB design experience.
• PCB design expertise using schematic as Concept HDL and Allegro/Altium.
• Ability to design PCBs from schematic to Gerber generation, DFA/DFM/DFT.
• Strong knowledge of high‑speed PCB design and impedance control.
• Familiar with IPC standards and EMI/EMC considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design PCBs from schematic to Gerber, manage layer stack‑up and DFA/DFM/DFT.
• Lead high‑speed PCB design and routing with impedance control.
• Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly houses on rules.
• Document, present and manage communications within the project scope.
• Drive quality management activities and support team knowledge sharing.

Job description

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree Electronics with 2+ years of design experience in PCB design is must.
• PCB design expertise, using schematic as Concept HDL and Allegro 16.6 or 17.2, Altium
• Ability to design PCBs from schematic to Gerber generation, layer stack‑up and DFA, DFM, DFT analysis.
• Should have good knowledge on designing High‑speed PCBs and Constraint Management.
• Knowledge of IPC standards (Institute for Interconnecting and Packaging Electronic Circuits).
• Knowledge of Routing Impedance Control signals, EMI/EMC for analog, digital and RF boards.
• Ability to understand the schematics and basic functionality of schematic flow.
• Develop relationships, manage conflicts within his functional teams.
• Lead quality management system activities within the group.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with good working attitude.
• Team player, be capable of sharing knowledge, learn from others, and support other groups within an organization.
• Interact and coordinate, share the efforts within the Project team. Document, present and manage all the communications associated within the scope of his responsibility.
