Job summary

Capgemini Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Print Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize enterprise printing across locations. You will manage fleet provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and performance, ensuring service excellence and high availability.

The role requires strong expertise in Windows OS, print servers, and queue administration, plus experience with Triumph-Adler and AQrate platforms. You will drive hardware lifecycle activities and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in Print Infrastructure Management, EUC, or Device Management environments.
  • Experience with Triumph-Adler printers and AQrate print management solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise print device management, monitoring, and support using Triumph-Adler and AQrate platforms.

  • Manage and support enterprise print infrastructure across multiple business locations, ensuring high availability, performance, and service excellence.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network printers, print servers, print queues, and Windows-based printing services.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for print infrastructure-related communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Job description

  • Experience in managing enterprise printer fleets and print infrastructure across distributed environments.
  • Solid understanding of Hardware Lifecycle Management, including asset deployment, refresh, maintenance, and decommissioning.
