Job summary

Logic Planet in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Enterprise Print Management Engineer to manage, support, and optimize enterprise-wide printing environments and Managed Print Services (MPS). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LRS VPSX, HP Web Jetadmin, enterprise print infrastructure, print security, and fleet management, with experience supporting large-scale print ecosystems.

This role will ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of print services

Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of experience in enterprise print management

  • Ability to design, implement and optimize enterprise print environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize enterprise print infrastructure across global environments.
  • Administer print servers, queues, and workflows to ensure high availability.
  • Support enterprise output management solutions and integrations.
  • Maintain and monitor print security, fleet health, and capacity metrics.
  • Provide L3/L4 support for critical print incidents and documentation.

Job Title: Enterprise Print Management Engineer / Print Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Print Management Engineer to manage, support, and optimize enterprise-wide printing environments and Managed Print Services (MPS). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LRS VPSX, HP Web Jetadmin, enterprise print infrastructure, print security, and printer fleet management, along with experience supporting large-scale, business-critical print ecosystems.

This role will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and scalability of print services across on-premises, hybrid, and virtualized environments while collaborating closely with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Print Management
  • Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise print infrastructure across global environments.
  • Administer enterprise print servers, print queues, and print workflows to ensure high availability and operational efficiency.
  • Support enterprise output management solutions and print service integrations.
LRS VPSX Administration
  • Provide hands-on administration and support of LRS VPSX for enterprise print output management.
  • Configure and manage print queues, job routing, output distribution, workflow automation, and print monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex print delivery and output management issues.
  • Optimize print processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.
HP Print Solutions & Fleet Management
  • Implement, configure, and administer HP Web Jetadmin.
  • Manage enterprise printer fleets, including device provisioning, configuration management, firmware upgrades, reporting, and alerting.
  • Support HP enterprise printers, HP Universal Printer Drivers, and print workflow solutions.
  • Monitor printer utilization, health, capacity, and consumable usage.
Print Security & Compliance
  • Implement secure print solutions including:
    • Pull Printing
    • Follow-Me Printing
    • Badge Release Printing
    • PIN-Protected Printing
    • Secure Print Release
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement print encryption, access controls, auditing, and data protection measures.
  • Drive print security best practices across the enterprise.
Operations & Support
  • Monitor print infrastructure performance and proactively address potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex printing issues related to:
    • Print servers
    • Network connectivity
    • Driver compatibility
    • Operating systems
    • Application integrations
    • Print workflows
  • Provide L3/L4 support for critical incidents and escalations.
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and procedures.
