Job summary

Tekskills in Bangalore is seeking an experienced Enterprise Print Management / MPS Engineer with 8-10 years of IT infrastructure experience. The role requires hands-on expertise in enterprise print environments, LRS VPSX, HP Web Jetadmin, HP Print Solutions, and secure printing in hybrid and on-premises setups.

You will manage MPS environments, optimize print servers and queues, monitor fleet health and costs, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Applications teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT/print environments.
• Experience with large-scale Active Directory (AD) modernization or cloud identity transformation.
• Strong Enterprise Print Management / Print Infrastructure experience.
• LRS VPSX experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with HP Web Jetadmin and enterprise HP Print Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Enterprise Print Management and Managed Print Services (MPS) environments.
• Provide hands-on administration of LRS VPSX for enterprise print output management, queue control, job routing, and monitoring.
• Administer enterprise print servers, print queues, and workflows to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement, configure, and manage HP Web Jetadmin for printer fleet management, device configuration, firmware management, reporting, monitoring and alerting.
• Support HP Print Solutions, including enterprise HP printers, universal print drivers, security configurations, and print workflows.
• Design, maintain, and support enterprise print architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and virtualized environments.
• Implement secure printing practices including Badge/PIN release, Pull printing, encryption, and print security controls.
• Implement and enforce data security and privacy controls for enterprise print environments.
• Monitor printer fleet health, capacity, consumables, and usage trends to optimize cost and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex print-related issues involving networks, printer drivers, application integration, operating systems, print queues and workflows.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams to integrate print services into the broader IT environment.
• Support large-scale AD modernization or cloud identity transformation initiatives.
