Job summary

Randstad India in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced account management professional to own day-to-day delivery for client accounts and ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met. You will build strong client relationships with regular check-ins and address escalations within scope.

You will also prepare performance dashboards and service reports, offering recommendations for improvements and partnering with recruiters and delivery managers to align hiring pipelines with client needs.

• Owns day-to-day delivery for client accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Builds strong client relationships, holds regular check-ins, and addresses escalations within scope.
• Prepares performance dashboards, service reports, and recommendations for improvements.
• Partners with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure hiring pipelines meet client needs.
• Negotiates simple renewals and contract changes within delegated authority.
• Identifies opportunities to extend services and flags them to senior account managers.
• Maintains compliance with contracts, invoicing accuracy, and governance standards.
• Represents the client voice internally and champions service improvements.
