Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Services Procurement (SOW Management) Specialist to drive sourcing, negotiation, and governance of SOWs across client programs.

You will partner with client SOW owners, manage requisitions via VMS, and deliver cost savings through effective procurement practices while ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with the client’s SOW owners and understand historical and projected buying needs.
• Act as sourcing agent and negotiator for SOW bids to support competitive bidding processes.
• Process requisitions via a Vendor Management System (VMS) and related procurement technologies.
• Develop competency knowledge of the program’s SOW supplier community to assist sourcing recommendations.
• Analyze cost savings and other efficiency data to improve processes.
• Evaluate SOW terms for quality and compliance; escalate deviations for approvals.
• Provide SOP training to supplier and client SOW owners to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Communicate procedural changes to suppliers and users in a timely manner.
• Confirm suppliers correctly manage onboarding, relations, and off-boarding of personnel.
• Provide standard program reporting to SOW owners and stakeholders, including ad hoc requests.
• Establish proactive relationships with SOW owners through regular contact and site visits as needed.
• Support MSP program leadership in achieving financial goals and compliance with Randstad policies.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job description

As the Services Procurement (SOW Management) Specialist you will:

• Develop partnering relationships with the client’s SOW business owner community and become well versed in the historical and projected buying needs of the departments supported by the MSP team.


• Act as a sourcing agent, mediator, negotiator, and SOW author on behalf of the client’s SOW business owners project buyer’s behalf to support the client’s competitive bidding process(es). You will operate as an extension of the clients procurement team and be fully aligned to their prevailing category and supplier strategies.


• Process all procurement requisition activity through the use of a Vendor Management System (VMS) and any related procurement technologies which may be specific to an individual client program.


• Develop appropriate competency knowledge of the program’s SOW services supplier community to assist with sourcing recommendations.


• Perform analysis to include cost savings reporting and other quality or efficiency data to help improve operational processes.


• Evaluate SOW agreement terms for best practice quality, conformity and compliance against client required contractual language and agreement structure; **escalate** deviations for client approvals / decision making.


• Provide program related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training and updates to supplier and client SOW business owners on a regular basis to ensure understanding and compliance.


• Communicate program procedural changes and updates to program suppliers and client users in a timely manner.


• Confirm suppliers appropriately manage their employee on-boarding, employee relations issues, and off-boarding activities.


• Provide and analyze standard program reporting to the client’s SOW business owners, procurement professionals and program stakeholders, to include the support of ad hoc report requests as required.


• Establish and maintain a proactive, positive working relationship with SOW business owners through regular phone and in-person contact (site visits may be occasionally required) within assigned market area / service category.


• Support the Operational Leadership of RE’s MSP programs in ensuring financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded as well as full compliance on all Randstad policies and procedures.


• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
