Job summary

Randstad is seeking an MSP Admin to provide end-to-end backend operational support within the Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent workforce management.

The role covers pre-boarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activities, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across the worker lifecycle. 2-3 years MSP ops exp required and Fieldglass is a must.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in MSP operations.
• Strong MSP OPS experience including onboarding, offboarding and timesheet management with understanding of VMS in detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients.
• Fieldglass experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions and updates in the VMS for hiring managers.
• Coordinate pre-boarding activities and background checks.
• Oversee onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding processes.
• Manage timesheets, expenses, and invoice validations in the VMS.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance in VMS records.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely submissions and documentation.
• Respond to vendor and internal stakeholder queries.
• Generate basic operational reports on onboarding/offboarding.
• Support MSP program activities and supplier transitions.

Role: MSP Admin

The MSP Admin is responsible for providing end-to-end backend operational support within the Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent workforce management. The role ensures smooth execution of pre-boarding and post-onboarding activities while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across the worker lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage requisition creation, updates, and closures in the VMS on behalf of hiring managers.
• Support pre-boarding activities including interview scheduling, work order creation, onboarding documentation, and background check coordination.
• Handle end-to-end worker lifecycle activities such as onboarding, contract extensions, manager changes, cost center updates, and offboarding.
• Manage timesheet submissions, expense approvals, and invoice validations within the VMS.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of VMS data, maintaining proper documentation and compliance records.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submissions, documentation, and timecard entries.
• Perform mailbox management and respond to queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Generate and maintain basic operational reports, including tracking of onboarded and offboarded workers.
• Support the program team with onboarding activities including new hires and supplier transitions.

Work Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in MSP operations.
• Strong MSP OPS experience including onboarding, offboarding and timesheet with understanding of VMS in detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients.
• Fieldglass exp is must.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite, especially advanced Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, and analysis).
• Good understanding of contingent workforce processes and lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to program guidelines.
