Job summary

Manages risks, issues, changes, and dependencies and takes corrective measures. Ensures solution design is aligned with organizational/strategic direction. Creates strong relationships with technology and business teams managing and setting expectations and serves as a liaison between the business and ETS throughout project/program execution. Coordinates and effectively manages internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Monitors key milestones, budgets, and activities for executive level reporting. Effectively communicates to all stakeholders/leadership for project progress, impediments and changes. Direct responsibility for managing the project team toward a common goal. May have Scrum Master or Scaled Agile Framework Certification.

Education/Work Experience
