Job summary

Skywalk Global Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad seeks a Service Delivery Leader for SAP SCM who will provide functional and technical leadership, ensure stable operation, continuous improvement, and effective support of supply chain processes.

You will liaise between business stakeholders, SAP support teams, and vendors to solve issues, optimize performance, and drive enhancements across SCM modules; 8+ years SAP experience including SCM, strong incident management and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP experience with at least 5 years in SAP SCM support and implementation.
• Experience in production support environments and incident management.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, EWM, TM, and Finance modules.
• Understanding of supply chain planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level2 and Level3 support SAP SCM landscape.
• Manage production incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.
• Coordinate support activities during critical business periods and system outages.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Support SAP upgrades, patches, and transformation initiatives.
