Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc in Bangalore seeks an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain.

You will manage SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, Fiori and oversee CPI/PI/PO integrations, governance, and cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of delivery management experience in SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, Fiori, and Finance & Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP and enterprise applications.
• Oversee projects across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, Fiori, Finance & SCM.
• Drive SAP CPI/PI/PO integration, migration, modernization.
• Manage delivery lifecycle: planning, design, build, test, deploy, support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, analysts, testers.
• Govern timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Promote Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methods.
• Support incident, change, and release management.
• Ensure security, stability, and compliance of applications.
• Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

We are looking for an experiencedSAP Delivery Managerto lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions acrossFinance, Procurement, and Supply Chainplatforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP and enterprise application initiatives.
• Manage projects acrossSAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, Fiori, and Finance & Supply Chain applications.
• DriveSAP CPI, PI/PO, integration, migration, and modernisationinitiatives.
• Manage the complete delivery lifecycle including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, developers, business analysts, and testers.
• Manage delivery governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery practices.
• Support incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Ensure application stability, service continuity, security, and compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation, and modernisation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience inSAP Delivery / Program / Project Management.
• Experience withSAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Strong exposure toSAP CPI / Cloud Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO.
• Experience delivering solutions acrossFinance, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Experience withAgile, Scrum, and delivery governance.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills.
• Knowledge ofincident, change, and release management.

Good to Have

• SAP PI/PO to CPI migration experience.
