Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in an agency recruitment / executive search environment.

• Build and expand a strong client portfolio across India, focusing on professional and financial services.
• Proactively develop new business through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Position the firm as a trusted recruitment partner through consultative client engagement.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments, including senior-level and niche searches.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close search mandates.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Collaborate with regional research and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.

This role is best suited for recruiters from agency / search firms who are commercially driven, comfortable owning revenue targets, and experienced in building long-term client relationships.
