You will map markets, source executives, and engage senior professionals across industries. This role requires coordinating with stakeholders and building a robust leadership pipeline to meet strategic hiring goals. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, leverage portals and LinkedIn, and maintain accurate data-driven reports to inform hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in leadership or executive hiring.
• Strong exposure to talent mapping, market research, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
