Job summary

Tata Elxsi is seeking a Principal Analog Mixed Signal Engineer with 12-15+ years of experience to lead end-to-end AMS IP development for ASIC/SoC projects. You will own architecture, design, verification, and tape-out while coordinating with customers and cross-functional teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership in PLL/DLL, ADC/DAC, bandgap references, power management ICs, and high-speed analog blocks, with responsibility for silicon bring-up, characterization, and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Electronics/EE/Microelectronics.
• 12–18 years AMS design experience with multiple silicon tape-outs.
• Ability to lead technical teams and interact with customers.
• Strong knowledge of CMOS processes from 180nm to advanced nodes.
• Experience in automotive/industrial or safety-critical domains is desirable.

Principal Analog Mixed Signal Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Principal Analog Mixed Signal Engineer with 12-15 years of experience in end-to-end ASIC/SoC development. The candidate will be responsible for driving the complete lifecycle of Analog and Mixed Signal IP development, including architecture definition, circuit design, verification, layout supervision, tape-out, silicon bring-up, characterization, and production support.

The ideal candidate should have successfully delivered multiple AMS IPs or SoCs to silicon and be capable of leading technical teams while working directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Own Analog/Mixed Signal IP and subsystem development from concept to production.

Customer & Cross-Functional Interaction

• Interface directly with customers for technical discussions.
• Collaborate with Digital, Verification, Physical Design, Packaging, Test, and Product Engineering teams.
• Participate in technical reviews and project planning.
