Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and reviewing lesson plans, monitoring classroom instruction, supporting teachers through mentoring and feedback, and coordinating assessments and reporting. The coordinator works closely with school leadership to align teaching strategies with school standards, organizes parent interactions and meetings, and ensures a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The role also involves leading academic initiatives, supporting professional development for staff, and maintaining consistent communication with teachers, students, and families.

Qualifications
