Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre‑Primary Coordinator to lead and manage our early years program at our prestigious Cambridge School in Pune. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and support pre‑primary teachers to ensure high‑quality teaching and learning.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the Cambridge early years curriculum.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Organise teacher training sessions, workshops, and curriculum planning meetings.
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic and administrative records.
• Coordinate with parents and management for smooth academic operations.

Requirements
