Life Educare in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Foundational Stage Coordinator to lead the Nursery-to-Grade 2 programme. The role emphasizes play-based, child-centred learning and strong pedagogical leadership aligned with CBSE standards.

You will mentor teachers, monitor curriculum and assessment, engage parents, coordinate resources, and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment that supports every child’s progress.

Qualifications

• B.Ed., ECCEd, PGCITE, PPTTC or equivalent Early Years qualification.
• Professional certification in Early Years education preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Early Years teaching experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Pre-primary Coordinator or in a leadership role.

• Lead and support the Early Years teaching team from Nursery to Grade 2.
• Promote play-based, inquiry-driven learning and effective classroom practices.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Foundational Stage Coordinator to lead our Foundational Stage programme (Nursery to Grade 2). The successful candidate will provide strong academic and pedagogical leadership, mentor teachers, promote play-based and child-centred learning, and ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences aligned with the CBSE framework.
