Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SaaS product architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, security, and enterprise solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Certifications: Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, ITIL, or related areas are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Solution Design: Analyze client requirements, design and present end-to-end SaaS and cloud-based solutions aligned with business objectives.

Proposal Management: Draft high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals with strong technical narratives.

Technical Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to communicate solutions in both business and technical contexts, and address technical objections.

Execution Alignment: Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility and ensure seamless execution.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on emerging SaaS/cloud technologies and trends to keep RedoQ solutions competitive.
