Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst & Solution Consultant to bridge the gap between clients, sales, and technical teams. You will participate in client discussions, analyze requirements, prepare documentation (DFDs, SoWs), and design functional/technical solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Join client meetings with the sales team to gather and clarify requirements, asking the right questions to uncover real needs.
• Requirement Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows, create DFDs, wireframes, workflow charts, and process maps.
• Documentation: Prepare BRDs, FRS, Statements of Work (SoW), and proposals for clients and internal use.
• Solution Design: Translate requirements into technical architecture, validate feasibility with dev teams, and design optimal solutions.
• Pre-Sales Support: Act as a key consultant during proposals, demos, and roadmap planning with sales/project teams.
• Collaboration: Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams, refine documentation, and define solution acceptance standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Solution Architect with proven expertise in client engagement and requirement analysis.
• Tools & Documentation: Proficiency in diagramming (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio) and documentation tools (Google Docs, MS Word, Confluence).
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud hosting, and web technologies.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written), strong analytical/problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently or within cross-functional teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
