1. Technical Solution Design

• Study client requirements, drawings, and site conditions
• Design solutions for:
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Fire Fighting Systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Gas Suppression)
  • CCTV Surveillance Systems
  • Access Control & Intrusion Systems
• Prepare system architecture, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications

2. Estimation & Proposal Preparation

• Prepare cost estimates, tenders, and techno-commercial proposals
• Vendor coordination for pricing (OEMs like Honeywell, Bosch, Hikvision, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with standards such as:
  • NBC (National Building Code)
  • NFPA Guidelines
  • Local Fire Authority norms

3. Client & Consultant Interaction

• Attend pre-bid meetings and site surveys
• Clarify technical queries from clients/consultants
• Deliver presentations and solution demonstrations

4.Tender & Documentation Management

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare compliance statements and deviation reports
• Maintain documentation for submissions.

5.Sales Support

• Work closely with the sales team to close deals
• Provide technical justification and value engineering options
• Support negotiations with technical inputs

6.Coordination & Handover

• Coordinate with execution/project teams for smooth handover
• Ensure all design documents and BOQs are accurate and approved
