Responsibilities

• Design complete SITC solutions for BMS, ELV, Fire Detection and Protection systems.
• Prepare architecture drawings, topology diagrams, network layouts and BoQs.
• Analyze tenders and prepare technical proposals, scope documents and bid submissions.
• Coordinate with estimation, procurement, project teams and OEMs.
• Engage with clients, consultants and OEMs; conduct technical discussions and workshops.
• Conduct site surveys and support handover with design documentation.

Job Title: SITC Solution Architect BMS / ELV / Fire & Safety

Experience: 8–15 Years

Role Purpose

The SITC Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning) solutions for integrated BMS, ELV, and Fire & Safety systems. The role goes beyond traditional pre-sales by translating client requirements, RFP/tender specifications, site conditions, and compliance needs into technically robust, commercially viable, and standards-compliant solution architectures along with detailed BoQs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Design complete SITC solutions for BMS, ELV, Fire Detection & Fire Protection systems.
• Develop integrated solutions covering:
  • CCTV / Video Surveillance
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Public Address / Voice Evacuation Systems
  • Water Leak Detection Systems
  • Rodent Repellent / Monitoring Systems
  • Sprinkler / Fire Suppression Integration
  • Access Control / Intrusion Systems
• Prepare system architecture, topology diagrams, network layouts, and device placement plans.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with project scope and execution feasibility.

2. Tender / RFP / BoQ Preparation

• Analyze RFPs, tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare BoQs, material take-offs, compliance matrices, and deviation statements.
• Recommend suitable products/components based on technical and commercial requirements.
• Support costing teams with quantity validation and assumptions.
• Develop technical proposals, scope documents, and bid submissions.

3. Standards, Compliance & Norms

• Ensure compliance with fire & life safety standards, electrical norms, and statutory regulations.
• Incorporate requirements related to:
  • Fire detection & alarm systems
  • Sprinkler systems & interfaces
  • Evacuation systems
  • Cabling & segregation
  • Power redundancy
  • Control/panel room design
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance adherence.

4. Technical Consultation & Client Engagement

• Engage with clients, consultants, PMCs, and OEMs to understand requirements.
• Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and workshops.
• Address technical queries during bidding stages.
• Provide expert inputs to enhance solution quality and feasibility.

5. Site Assessment & Project Support

• Conduct site surveys and technical evaluations.
• Validate cable routing, panel locations, and system integration feasibility.
• Support project teams during handover with design documentation and intent.
• Assist in resolving design-related issues during execution.

6. Documentation & Coordination

• Prepare and maintain:
  • Design basis documents
  • Architecture drawings
  • BoQs and compliance sheets
  • OEM comparison reports
  • Technical submittals
• Coordinate with estimation, procurement, project teams, and OEMs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in SITC projects (BMS / ELV / Fire & Safety).
• Hands-on knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, WLD, Rodent, Sprinkler systems.
• Expertise in RFP/tender analysis and technical documentation.
• Understanding of system integration and installation practices.

Preferred Qualification

Preferred Experience

• 8–15 years in BMS / ELV / Fire & Safety design or pre-sales.
• Experience in SITC-based solutioning for commercial, industrial, BFSI, data centers, or critical infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to consultant-driven and compliance-intensive environments.
