Job summary

Visual Technologies is seeking a knowledgeable Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team by designing and presenting Audio Visual (AV) solutions tailored to client requirements. You will translate complex needs into effective technical proposals, demos, and BOQs, collaborating with OEMs and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in AV pre-sales or technical sales, strong communication skills, and a solid foundation in electronics or IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Technical Sales within the AV industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements through meetings, site visits, and discussions.
• Design and recommend AV solutions, including audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage, LED displays, projection systems, control systems, and automation, added knowledge of broadcast system will be preferred.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution presentations, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop competitive and customized solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.
• Support tender documentation, technical compliance, and bid submissions.
• Prepare system layouts, block diagrams, and solution architecture.
• Provide technical support during client meetings and project discussions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AV technologies/ Broadcast, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements through meetings, site visits, and discussions.
• Design and recommend AV solutions, including audio systems, video conferencing, digital signage, LED displays, projection systems, control systems, and automation, added knowledge of broadcast system will be preferred. Prepare technical proposals, solution presentations, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop competitive and customized solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.

• Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and internal engineering teams for product selection and solution design.

• Assist in the handover process from the sales team to the project execution team.
