Job summary

Agility Human Resource Management Services is seeking an experienced AV design and system integration specialist to architect end-to-end meeting room solutions for corporate environments in Bengaluru.

You will develop detailed BOQs, prepare technical proposals, coordinate with OEMs, and ensure tender compliance while designing scalable AV and collaboration setups for boardrooms, auditoriums, and training rooms.

Qualifications

• Design AV and collaboration solutions for boardrooms, classrooms, auditoriums, and control rooms.
• Gather requirements from RFPs and prepare BOQ/BOM and technical specs.
• Coordinate with OEMs, sales, consultants and project teams to ensure compliance.
• Create scalable, interoperable designs aligned with industry best practices.
• Prepare SOW, MOP and technical solution documents for proposals.

Job description

The role will involve AV system design, solution architecture, BOQ/BOM preparation, technical documentation, drawings, system schematics, tender/RFP compliance, customer presentations, technical discussions, and coordination with Sales, OEMs, consultants, and Project Execution teams.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Professional AV, Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, AV over IP, control systems, audio systems, video systems, DSP and Audio Processing, Amplifiers and Speakers, Microphone Systems, Displays and Projectors, digital signage, AV over IP, Control Systems and meeting room solutions. Ensure system designs are scalable, interoperable, and aligned with industry best practices.

Understand customer requirements, RFPs, tenders, consultant specifications, and project scope.

Conduct technical requirement gathering and needs assessment for AV and Collaboration projects. Develop complete AV solution concepts based on customer requirements and project objectives.

Design solutions for: Boardrooms, Conference Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Training Rooms, Classrooms, Command & Control Rooms, Auditoriums, Experience Centres, Video Walls / LED Walls

Unified Communication and Collaboration spaces.

Develop solutions for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, BYOD, and Hybrid Collaboration environments.

Select appropriate AV equipment based on technical requirements, performance, interoperability, and budget.

Prepare technical architecture and system-level solutions in coordination with OEMs and technology partners.

Prepare detailed BOQ/BOM based on approved designs and customer requirements. Prepare technical specifications and compliance sheets. Site survey, Map proposed products against RFP / tender / consultant specifications. Prepare technical deviations and compliance statements. Prepare Scope of Work (SOW), Method of Procedure (MOP), and technical solution documents. Develop project-specific technical proposals and solution presentations.

B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics Engineering

OR

Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical Engineering with relevant AV industry experience.

Candidate should be capable of independently designing end-to-end AV and Collaboration solutions and preparing complete technical proposals, BOQs, system schematics, and tender compliance documents.

The candidate should have exposure to major AV and Collaboration OEMs and their product ecosystems.

Preferred OEM Knowledge / Certifications: - Crestron, Extron, QSC

HARMAN Professional Solutions, Poly, Neat, Cisco, AutoCAD 2D,

EASE / EASE Focus for acoustic and speaker coverage design.
