Job summary

Data Resolve Technologies is hiring a Pre-Sales / Cyber Security Consultant in Chennai to drive solution proposals and coordinate across support, sales and engineering teams. You will showcase cybersecurity offerings to enterprises and translate requirements into feasible deliverables.

The role emphasizes coordinating with multiple teams, delivering POCs, and updating technical documents. The candidate should have a CS degree, 2–3 years of experience, and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather feature requirements from stakeholders and discuss feasibility with development team.
• Update datasheets, brochures, POC SOWs, manuals and proposals as needed.
• Provide consulting to customers while using OEM software.
• Conduct POCs based on proposed solutions.
• Support customers for OEM software and ensure alignment with SOW.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gathering of feature requirements from relevant parties, and discussing the same with development team to understand the feasibility and effort estimates
• Changes in documents (Datasheets, brochures, POC SOW, manuals, proposals, specifications, competition analysis documents, knowledge base, FAQs) to accommodate and highlight additional capabilities
• Consulting solutions to customers while using OEM's software
• Conducting POCs based on solution
• Providing support to customers for OEM's software
• Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
• Ensuring solutions stated in the SOW are best practice and in line with client requirements
• Direct Projects - End to End Project Management
• Outsourced Projects - DRT issued POs - Project Reviews, Monitoring, Issue Management, Escalation Management, Customer communication
• Partner Engagement/Reviews
• Client Engagement/Client Visits (As per need)
• Process Improvement - Delivery
• Internal Reviews with Dev team / scrum master / support team to track project implementation progress (as per need)
