Overview
We’re looking for a Tech-Savvy Information Security Lead(Engineer) who could analyze the security pain areas of the customers, conduct POCs (Proof of Concepts) and pitch innovative solutions. You would also be expected to train internal team and lead the Security Practice for the company.
Responsibilities

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 Years of Hands-On experience in some or all of the Technologies :
- Intrusion detection systems
- Linux event flows and collection (i.e. Syslog, SNMP traps, etc.)
- Network security (Firewalls, proxies, DNS, IPS, switching/routing, encryption, etc)
- Security incident / event management systems
- Firewall Rules and rule analysis
- Firewall rule base management tools
- Firewall rule base audit tools
- Anti-virus or Anti Malware technologies
- Log analysis software
- Internet proxy servers
- Various operating systems (e.g. Windows and Linux)
- Basic scripting capabilities are an advantage
- Possess a high level overview of risk-intelligence and security awareness
- Be capable in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Strong in Windows & TCP/IP
- An understanding of Windows security, events, and different storage systems
Product Specialization
- End Point - AV (Antivirus), Encryption & D.L.P (Data Leak Prevention) of Symantec/ TrendMicro / Quick-Heal
- Perimeter (Firewall) products like Fortigate / Checkpoint / SonicWall / WatchGuard / Cyberoam
- Proxy Products like Web Sense / Blue Coat / Squid Proxy
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Should be a Computer Science/IT Post graduate or at least a Science Graduate
- Knowledge in implementing email security solutions and understanding messaging as a technology
- Should have good communication skills & command over English
- Requires a thorough knowledge of networking essentials
- Should be a CISCO CCNA/Juniper certified or any other Network certification
- Should have done a certification in any of the Gateway level security (Firewall) appliance
- Should have involved in designing, implementing, managing the Network & Security architecture
- Should be able to plan and support network and computing infrastructure
- Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks
- Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of network related infrastructure
- Strong analytical abilities and should have worked in a Business partner community/Manufacturing organization
- Should be attending Pre-Sales & implementation calls related to Networking & Security infrastructure
- Documenting all the network problems and resolution for future reference
- Should be able to train the team members
- Should have a continuous urge to learn the new technology
