Codingal, a global leader in online coding education for kids, is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Associate in Bengaluru. You will support the sales team with client needs analysis, tailored presentations, product demonstrations, and lead follow-ups to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Leverage tele-calling to generate leads and conversions.
• Work on LeadSquared CRM and telecalling tools like 3CX for daily tasks.
• Initiate outbound calls to existing Codingal users for lead generation and trial booking.
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and follow up with reminders.
• Perform CNA (customer need assessment) for every lead.
