Job summary

Codingal in Bengaluru is hiring a full-time Sales Intern to join a fast-paced Ed-Tech team. The role is in-person, with a shift from 1 pm to 10 pm and no remote option.

You will drive student engagement, renewals, and referrals while hitting monthly targets in a highly competitive setting. Stipend is INR 22,000 per month with incentives up to INR 15,000 based on targets; PPO after 6 months offers 4L fixed annual salary plus up to 6L in incentives (up to 10L total).

We are looking for a full-time Sales Intern to join the passionate Codingal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for student retention, renewals, and referrals
• Dial 100-150 customers a day, and interact with customers via calls and messages
• Achieve monthly targets in a highly performance-driven, competitive environment

What We’re Looking For

• Computer Science or technical background preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers looking to build a career in sales are welcome to apply
• Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver a sales pitch like a charm and maintain healthy customer relationships
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a tech field
• INR 22,000 stipend per month, with additional incentives of up to INR 15,000 based on target achievement
• Potential PPO after 6 months (based on performance): 4L fixed annual salary + 6L annual incentives (up to 10L total cash CTC)

Work Location & Schedule

• Shift Time: 1 pm to 10 pm
• Week Off: Any one day between Monday and Friday
• This is an in-person role, with no remote option available.
