Job summary

Codingal is looking for an Operations Associate to own VIP student onboarding from joining to a successful first class, delivering a fast, personal, and flawless experience at HSR Layout, Bangalore (Bengaluru).

You will coordinate with parents, teachers, and internal teams, monitor onboarding times, and ensure SLA adherence. A 1–2 year background in operations or customer success in EdTech is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree required.

About the role:

We are looking for an Operations Associate to join our Student Onboarding team, primarily responsible for managing the VIP student onboarding experience. VIP students are our highest-priority accounts, and this role owns their end-to-end onboarding journey from the moment a student joins to their first successful class. You will be the single point of ownership for these families, ensuring every touchpoint is fast, personal, and flawless.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for VIP students, ensuring priority handling and a premium experience.
2. Coordinate directly with parents, teachers, and internal teams to schedule classes with minimal turnaround time.
3. Maintain and monitor average onboarding time for VIP cases, ensuring SLA adherence at all times.
4. Track onboarding progress daily and proactively escalates pending or delayed VIP cases.
5. Handle escalations and sensitive parent communication with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer success, or a similar role (EdTech or service-industry experience preferred).
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable interacting with international parents.
4. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work with urgency on high-priority cases.
5. Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and communication platforms.
