Job summary

Ziolite in Mumbai is seeking a customer-focused sales and receptionist-like role to handle queries, manage the repair requests, and close sales on the showroom floor. The role emphasizes upselling and delivering excellent customer experience in jewellery retail.

The incumbent will greet visitors, answer calls, manage messages, and ensure product availability while maintaining brand visibility and customer follow-up to secure sales.

Qualifications

Job description

Catering to customer queries and closing as one point of contact resolution for the customer. Handle Client repair requests, manage the repair process and Client follow-up. Manage and ensure quality issues are properly dealt with.

Driving and contributing monthly sales targets and other business objectives through maximizing team performance. Upselling / cross-selling

Manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately. Ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to improve store efficiency and maximize Client experience

• Deal with queries from the public and customers, Greet persons entering the organization
• E nsure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization, Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Managed receptionist area, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.
• Took verbal and written messages and transmitted them to exact person/destination.
• Selling products and attending customers on the selling floor.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers who have shown an interest in a particular piece and try to close the sale
