Ciel HR is seeking an experienced Jewellery Sales professional for a premium retail environment. You will assist customers in selecting gold and diamond pieces, manage end-to-end sales, and drive targets while building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires strong communication, persuasive selling, and a customer-first approach to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Gold & Diamond Jewellery Sales.
• Candidates from reputed jewellery brands/stores preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing/persuasion skills.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery products.
• Target-oriented and confident in handling customers.
