Qualificações

• Prior jewellery industry experience is a must.
• Experience as Jewellery Sales Executive is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery sales, inventory management, and showroom operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.

• Ensure proper management of gold, diamond, and other jewellery stock, including inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, sales reports, and store documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
• Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with management on sales performance, inventory, and business growth.
