Job summary

Leading Construction Company is seeking a Pre-Sales Executive in Saligramam, Chennai, to drive outbound calls for residential and commercial projects. The role requires 2-5 years in Pre-Sales/Tele-Sales with English and Tamil proficiency, and a target-driven mindset. Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities include lead generation, CRM updates, coordinating with marketing, and achieving daily to monthly targets. Salary ranges from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month with growth incentives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in Pre-Sales / Tele-Sales / Inside Sales, preferably in Construction, Real Estate, or B2C services
• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil; Hindi an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients for residential and commercial construction projects
• Generate leads through cold calling, database mining, and referrals
• Understand customer requirements and explain company services, project details, and USPs
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the Sales/Business Development team
• Maintain and update CRM with call logs, lead status, and follow-up details
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture them till handover to sales team
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation campaigns and events
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified leads
• Prepare daily reports on calls made, leads generated, and conversion status
• Handle customer queries and provide first-level information about projects, pricing, and timelines
