Job summary

Pronix Inc. supports Agentic AI, CX and CCaaS initiatives, driving pre-sales and solution design across diverse portfolios.

You will craft proposals, SOWs and effort estimates for AI/CX deployments and migrations, and run demos and POCs across AWS Bedrock, Kore.ai Agent Platform, Salesforce Agentforce, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Five9 and Dynamics 365. Collaborating with US sales, delivery and partner teams, you will shape winning, delivery-ready AI and CX deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting or implementation for enterprise AI, CX or CCaaS platforms.
• Hands-on exposure to at least one AI platform and one CCaaS platform — or similar AI/CX platforms and solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and comfort working across US and India time zones.
