Job summary

Casagrand in Chennai is seeking an experienced professional to manage pre-launch operations for residential real estate projects, ensuring project readiness, bookings, documentation and smooth launch execution.

You will coordinate with sales, marketing, legal, finance and project teams; handle onboarding, documentation and booking processes; monitor advances and payment status; and ensure timely completion of launch-related activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or project coordination.
• Real estate experience preferred; candidates from Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance and Construction industries can also apply.
• Experience in customer onboarding, documentation, booking processes and stakeholder coordination.
• Good communication, coordination and Excel skills.
