Job summary

Ion Exchange in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of water and wastewater treatment projects for Pharma and Food & Beverage clients. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver within scope, schedule, quality and cost parameters.

Ideal candidate has 12–15 years of experience in water & wastewater project execution, with mandatory Pharma/F&B project exposure and GMP/hygiene knowledge, and readiness to travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental/Civil engineering.
• 12–15 years of water & wastewater project execution experience.
• Mandatory pharma and/or Food & Beverage project experience.
• Strong understanding of GMP and hygiene requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from kickoff to commissioning and handover.
• Lead execution of STP, ETP, RO, UF, DM, ZLD systems for Pharma and F&B projects.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Interface with clients, consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Monitor project cost, timelines, risks, and quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, hygiene, and industry standards.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and vendor submittals.
• Conduct progress reviews, reporting, and client meetings.
• Support commissioning, performance tests, and final handover.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of Water and Wastewater Treatment projects for Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage clients. The role involves project planning, coordination, execution, and delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from kickoff to commissioning and handover
