Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a PR/ Communications professional in Delhi to help craft press releases, media pitches, newsletters, and campaigns. You will build relationships with media, journalists, and influencers while supporting the execution of PR initiatives across fashion, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.

The role requires 1-4 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Corporate Communications.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Experience or interest in handling Fashion, Lifestyle, & Hospitality brands is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing press releases, media pitches, PR plans, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, journalists, and influencers.
• Support the execution of PR campaigns, media outreach, and brand communication initiatives.
• Coordinate and assist with promotional events such as press conferences, product launches, store openings, exhibitions, and media interactions.
• Research industry trends, media opportunities, and competitor activities to support PR strategies.
• Track, monitor, and compile media coverage reports and campaign performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution of PR activities.
• Support influencer outreach and campaign execution across various social media platforms.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, meeting notes, and monthly reporting documents.
• Stay updated with current media, communication, and social media trends.

Experience: 1+ yrs.

Location: Delhi, India, New Delhi, Delhi, India, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
