Job summary

EAX Media is seeking a Junior Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. This onsite role in Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra, requires 1–2 years in Digital Marketing/PPC and a proactive attitude to learn AI-assisted workflows and deliver high-quality ad content and reports.

You will work with an Ads Optimization tool, create compelling ad copy, maintain campaign hygiene, and develop reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing/PPC or related field.
• Google Ads or Bing Ads exposure preferred.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing/PPC concepts required.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Optimization & Account Management across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Create and refine ad copy using AI-assisted tools and ensure relevance to keywords and landing pages.
• Prepare and maintain regular PPC performance reports and track metrics in Google Sheets/Spreadsheets.
• Assist with setting up campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and maintain campaign quality and consistency.

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM IST

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Ads Executive to support the day-to-day management, optimization, and quality control of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing/PPC who want to build a career in paid advertising. You will work with an Ads Optimization tool and AI-assisted workflows to execute defined optimizations, create ad content, maintain campaign quality, and prepare reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Optimization & Account Management

• Perform defined/fixed optimization tasks across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Monitor campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad-level performance.
• Identify basic account issues and follow established optimization processes.
• Maintain account hygiene and ensure campaigns are properly structured.

2. Ad Content Creation

• Create and refine ad copy using AI-assisted tools.
• Review AI-generated ad copy for accuracy, relevance, grammar, and compliance.
• Assist with creating landing page and marketing copy.
• Ensure ad messaging aligns with keywords, search intent, and landing pages.

3. Reporting & Tracking

• Prepare and maintain regular PPC performance reports.
• Track campaign changes, optimization activities, and key performance metrics using Google Sheets/Spreadsheets.
• Ensure reporting data is accurate and up to date.
• Support the team with campaign performance analysis.

4. Campaign Setup & Quality Control

• Assist with setting up campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, and other campaign components.
• Conduct account quality checks to identify errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Follow campaign setup and optimization checklists.
• Maintain high attention to detail across all accounts.

Eligibility

• 1–2 year of experience in Digital Marketing, PPC, Google Ads, or a related field.
• Candidates should have some practical exposure to Google Ads or Bing Ads.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing/PPC concepts is required.

Must-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads account structure:
• Campaigns → Ad Groups → Keywords → Ads
• Basic understanding of PPC and paid search concepts.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Good English writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to review and edit AI-generated content.
