Job summary

Polybond in India is seeking a PPC Executive to develop and manage production plans in line with customer demands. You will coordinate across moulding, assembly, maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams to keep schedules on track.

You will monitor capacity, inventory, and material availability, using ERP systems and MS Excel for reporting. This role requires strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills to meet targets and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in PPC within Plastic Injection Moulding or Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements.
• Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with moulding, assembly, maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch teams.
• Monitor machine loading, capacity utilization, and production efficiency.
• Track production progress and resolve bottlenecks affecting schedules.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and bought-out components.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock shortages.
• Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Monitor adherence to production targets, delivery commitments, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with procurement for material planning and vendor follow-up.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce lead times.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders for schedule changes and urgent requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 812 years of experience in PPC within Plastic Injection Moulding or Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP,, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
