Job description

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell modules and scripts for the automated administration of the email service (Microsoft Exchange, Enterprise Vault)
• Build end‑to‑end automation workflows in Email Service (e.g. Mail Group, Shared Mailbox, User Mailbox provisioning) and other M365 services
• Analyze logs, perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Provide 2nd and 3rd‑level support for Exchange‑related scripts: troubleshoot, optimise, and continuously improve solutions in production.
• Monitor workflow success rates
• Maintain versioning, documentation, and release notes of PowerShell scripts
• Collaborate closely with the central IT team and other business units to embed automation smoothly into the existing infrastructure.
