Job summary

Sketch Lighting is seeking a skilled Messaging Administrator with deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange (2010-2019) and Office 365. The role includes managing on-premises and cloud mail environments, implementing Cisco IronPort security, and ensuring mail infrastructure performance, security, and compliance.

You will handle hybrid mailflow, migrations, and policy configurations while supporting L2/L3 incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in managing Microsoft Exchange Server environments (2010/2013/2016/2019) and Office 365.
• Proficient in Azure AD Connect and SSO integrations; solid understanding of hybrid mailflow.
• Experience with Cisco IronPort email security solutions and email retention/policy configurations.
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts for automation of Exchange and O365 tasks.
• Strong knowledge of SMTP, MAPI, POP, IMAP, and Outlook Anywhere with IIS/SSL troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
