Title : L3 Microsoft 365 & Exchange Migration Engineer

Summary

L3 Microsoft 365, Exchange & Migration Technical Lead responsible for managing and leading complex Microsoft 365, Exchange, Google Workspace, messaging, identity, and tenant migration environments. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Exchange Server 2019/Subscription Edition, Exchange Hybrid, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, Google Workspace, cross-tenant migrations, and enterprise migration tools such as Quest On Demand Migration, BitTitan MigrationWiz, and CloudM.

The role will serve as an L3 technical escalation point, providing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, solution design, migration planning, mail-flow support, security and compliance expertise, and technical leadership for complex enterprise environment

• Tenant-to-Tenant & Cross-Tenant Migration – Lead complex M365 tenant-to-tenant and cross-tenant migrations covering Exchange Online, users, groups, domains, and mail flow.
• Exchange Server 2019 / SE – Strong hands-on experience with Exchange 2019 administration, troubleshooting, DAG, mail flow, and Exchange 2019 to Subscription Edition (SE) upgrades.
• Exchange Hybrid – Design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Exchange Hybrid environments including HCW, OAuth, connectors, free/busy, Autodiscover, and mailbox migrations.
• Microsoft 365 Administration – Expert-level administration of Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 services, security, compliance, authentication, and PowerShell automation.
• Microsoft 365 Licensing – Strong knowledge of M365 licensing, license optimization, group-based licensing, migrations, and plans including F3, Business Premium, E3, and E5.
• Google Workspace to M365 Migration – Hands-on experience migrating Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, users, and domains between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Google Workspace Administration – Manage Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Groups, OUs, routing, security, 2SV, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, quarantine, and Google Workspace operational activities.
• Migration Tools – Extensive experience with Quest On Demand Migration, BitTitan MigrationWiz, CloudM, and other enterprise migration tools for mailbox migrations.
• Messaging & Mail Flow – Strong expertise in SMTP, connectors, transport rules, message trace, DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, mail-flow troubleshooting, and email security.
• L3 Technical Leadership & Troubleshooting – Act as L3 escalation for complex M365, Exchange, Google Workspace, identity, migration, and mail-flow issues, providing RCA, technical solutions, and migration architecture
