Job summary

Zettamine Labs in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer to deliver CRM customizations and end-to-end Power Platform solutions. You will work on Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service, build Power Apps and Automate workflows, and create insightful Power BI dashboards.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, plus familiarity with AI-driven solutions and Azure integrations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, enhance, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, including Model-driven Apps, and other Power Platform solutions.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service processes.
• Optimize lead, opportunity, sales and service workflows.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and automations.
• Build Power BI dashboards/reports using Dataverse data.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services and third-party apps.
• Develop/maintain Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, integrations.
• Implement and support Copilot/Sales Agent solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and Power Platform issues.

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and Microsoft Power Platform development.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure integrations. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Sales Agent, and AI‑driven solutions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
