Job summary

Capgemini in Pune, India seeks a Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer with strong experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The role involves building integrations, plugins, and data migration pipelines leveraging Azure services and KingswaySoft.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to the software delivery lifecycle using modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience including configuration and customization.
• Experience building plugins, workflows, and custom APIs using C#/.NET.
• Design and develop Power Apps (Model-driven/Canvas) and Power Automate flows.
• Implement SSIS-based ETL for data migration and integration.
• Build integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIs).
• Experience with SQL and both on-prem and cloud databases.
• Work with Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and external system integrations.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments and DevOps practices.

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer with 910 years of hands-on

experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customising

Microsoft Dynamics CRM, along with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service

processes, Power Pages. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a deep

understanding of business workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good to have – Understanding setup and implementation of Microsoft Sales Agent / Copilot-based

solutions, working closely with stakeholders across business and technology.
