Qualifications

• 46 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
• Strong experience in configuration, customization, and security management
• 4–6 years of experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, workflows)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Collaborate with AI teams and business stakeholders to integrate AI-driven insights into CRM workflows
• Customize and enhance Dynamics 365 including forms, entities, workflows, dashboards, and security models
• Build and optimize automation flows using Power Automate, including AI-powered workflows
• Integrate CRM with AI tools, APIs, and external systems for intelligent automation
• Support data migration using SSIS/KingswaySoft and ensure data readiness for AI models
• Develop solutions using .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics CRM SDK
• Assist with deployment, environment management, and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability of CRM applications
• Capture business requirements and translate them into technical design documentation
• Support knowledge transfer from vendors to internal

We are looking for a CRM Developer to join our Team, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role focuses on building intelligent, automated CRM solutions by integrating AI-driven capabilities and data insights into business processes. The candidate will work closely with AI, business, and delivery teams to design, develop, and enhance CRM applications, support data migration and system integration, and enable automation initiatives across the organization. This role will also support vendor solution transition into internal systems and contribute to continuous innovation.

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 46 years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development
• Strong experience in configuration, customization, and security management
• Experience in: – Customizing forms and components – Building dashboards, views, and reports – Managing entities and relationships – Configuring fields and business rules
• 4–6 years of experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, workflows)
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and solution deployment
• Understanding of Dataverse, Common Data Service (CDS), and security roles
• Exposure to data migration and integration across systems
• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server and querying data
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and Dynamics CRM SDK
• Experience integrating APIs, AI services, or automation tools
• Experience in Microsoft Copilot for AI-powered automation and chatbot integration
• Exposure to SSIS/KingswaySoft
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and process automation

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI use cases in CRM
• Experience with Azure AI services / Cognitive Services / Copilot integration
• Knowledge of Power BI for analytics and reporting
• Experience in automation-driven transformation projects
• Exposure to chatbots / virtual agents (Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio)
