HR Innovation Group is seeking a Hardware Power Electronics Design Engineer for its Pune facility. The role requires 2-4+ years of experience and a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics. Location: Bhosari MIDC, Pune.

You will work on the design and development of power electronics hardware, with emphasis on SMPS and sensor integrations. Responsibilities include design optimization, EMI/EMC considerations, product testing and validation, and collaboration with

• Strong knowledge of product design dynamics and optimization.
• Basic knowledge of EMI/EMC Immunity Test and Certification.
• Experience in designing and development of new products.
• Ability to modify existing products per customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop hardware for power electronics projects.
• Perform product testing, validation and verification.
• Work with SMPS and Sensor motors where applicable.
• Assist with manufacturing process, test standards, and testing requirements.
• Support APQP & PPAP activities relevant to hardware design.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure designs meet customer specs.
