Job summary

HR Innovation Group is seeking a Hardware Power Electronics Design Engineer for its Pune facility. The role requires 2-4+ years in hardware power electronics design with strong EMI/EMC knowledge, analog and digital design, and PCB work using ORCAD 10.5.

You will work on SMPS, sensor motors, and product development from concept through validation, coordinating with manufacturing and customers to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on hardware power electronics design experience.
• EMI/EMC immunity testing and certification knowledge.
• Experience in designing and developing new products.
• Ability to modify existing products per customer requirements.
• Strong PCB design skills and familiarity with ORCAD 10.5.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and PPAP/APQP.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize power electronics for new and existing products.
• Develop hardware solutions with both analog and digital components.
• Perform product testing, validation, and verification activities.
• Work on SMPS and sensor motor related hardware.
• Create and update documentation for design changes.
• Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC requirements and certifications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing for producibility and tests.
