HR Innovation Group in Pune invites a Hardware Power Electronics Design Engineer to join our engineering team. You will design analog and digital hardware, work on SMPS and sensor motor electronics, and ensure products meet EMI/EMC requirements.

The role requires 2-4+ years of hands-on experience, a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics, and a hands-on mindset for new product development, testing, and verification. Location is Bhosari MIDC, Pune.

Competenze

• 2–4+ years of hardware power electronics design experience.
• Knowledge of EMI/EMC immunity testing and certification.
• Design and development of new products.
• Modify existing products per customer requirements.
• Product testing, validation and verification.
• Awareness of SMPS and sensor motors.
